On Today’s show, your host, Josh Guesman, takes you quickly through the 5-1 victory over the New England Revolution. With goals from Robbie Keane (2), Gyasi Zardes (2) and Stefan Ishizaki (1) it was an entertaining, if not slightly quirky match that sees the LA Galaxy remain unbeaten in eight straight games and climb the ladder to 3rd place in the Western Conference.

Even a red card to Dan Gargan, shortly after New England received it’s own 11th man ejection, couldn’t slow down the pinpoint finishing the LA Galaxy had in store.

But now the LA Galaxy must face off against the defending champions and the current leaders in the Eastern Conference. Sporting Kanas City is coming off a 2-1 victory over the Columbus Crew. A game that saw them go down a man and but still find the game winner deep in stoppage time.

These are the 2 best defenses in Major League Soccer, and their average Points Per Game are almost identical. Sporting is riding a 5 game unbeaten streak and they’re looking to end the LA Galaxy’s streak as well.

It should be a great game filled with top quality MLS action, and we’ve got you all covered on Corner of the Galaxy.
