Corner of the Galaxy spreads the Galaxy Gospel LIVE on BBC 5, in England. Josh briefly talks Steven Gerrard with host Stephen Nolan.
As many of you are probably aware, Steven Gerrard played his last game in-front of the Liverpool supporters over the weekend in a 3-1 loss to Crystal Palace. A large ceremony was held after the game in which the soon-to-be LA Galaxy Designated Player said his final goodbyes to a team that’s loved and supported him over the last 17 seasons.
As part of their Steven Gerrard coverage, BBC 5 host Stephen Nolan had a short interview with me in which we, ever so briefly, touched on Gerrard’s move away from Liverpool and towards the bright lights of LA, Hollywood, Malibu and, as Stephen said, Santa Monica.
This is the second appearance I’ve made in England representing Corner of the Galaxy, but the first on the BBC series of radio stations.
What do you think? Is Steven Gerrard primed to make a huge impact on Los Angeles and the Galaxy? Or is his age a serious question? And did Santa Monica ever save your life?
