CoG: TAM Plus Other Off-Season LA Galaxy Talk

We’re talking about the LA Galaxy and their negotiations with Omar Gonzalez and Alan Gordon plus what this team looks like right now!

On this Off-Season episode of Corner of the Galaxy your hosts Josh Guesman and Wendy Thomas are getting you caught up on everything that has happened since the LA Galaxy were eliminated from the playoffs. And because we’re not used to this much off time, the show quickly goes off the rails.

Your hosts will discuss all the different drafts that have gone down and will go down in the near future as well as the first ever MLS Free Agency period. They’ll also talk about Omar Gonzalez and the targeted allocation money they’ve been gifted by MLS and what the entire picture looks like for the return of everyone’s favorite “Super Sub,” Alan Gordon.

Josh and Wendy will get you updated on CONCACAF Champions League, and the LA Galaxy’s first announced pre-season game agains FC Shirak. All of these games will mark the real start to the 2016 season and we’ll help you plan your events for early in 2016.

Dan Kennedy has apparently signed with the LA Galaxy and, in the same thread, it looks like the LA Galaxy will also promote another LA Galaxy II player to the senior team.

The team is slowly starting to take shape, and with the Galaxy clearing out a lot of expected names, it sounds like Bruce may have a couple more moves up his sleeves.

It’s a packed show full of fun, soccer and “full packages.” And I bet you wouldn’t expect anything less from this show during the Holiday season.
