LA Galaxy II get three points on the road with goals from McBean and Lassiter.
For the first time in a number of weeks, LA Galaxy II finally got back to winning ways. They defeated Rio Grand Valley FC by a final score of 2-0. This win should give the young team confidence again knowing that they won the full three points instead of dropping two.
Jack McBean opened the scoring two minutes after the restart. He received a cross inside the box and nodded the delivery beat Tyler Deric. McBean is in great form this season as that was his seventh goal in the USL season.
“It feels really good to get our first road win of the year, especially in such a tough environment and tough place to play. The weather was rough and windy. We had some things not go our way, so to get a 2-0 win and keep a clean sheet is very good,” McBean said after the game.

Then, six minutes later, Los Dos doubled their advantage. Ariel Lassiter found the back of the net for the first time since scoring two against Arizona United SC.
The boys return home for two more games this coming week including a Wednesday night affair against the Colorado Colorado Springs Switchbacks.
