CoG: Creative LA Galaxy Sparks, Naked Hosts, And LAFC

On Today’s show your hosts talk about the LA Galaxy’s 0-0 draw with Sporting KC, as well as talk LAFC’s marketing, Copa coverage and more.

CoG Studios, CA – It’s another hour long episode of Corner of the Galaxy as we attempt to update you on all the LA Galaxy talk you’ve missed over the last week.

Your hosts Josh Guesman and Wendy Thomas are going to recap the 0-0 draw with Sporting KC. They’ll talk about how a draw is a loss, how Bruce Arena made a mistake in his starting lineup, and how the LA Galaxy played to one of the most boring games on record. Arena may’ve been expecting a draw, but no expected that game to produce such low entertainment value.

Then it’s off to LA Galaxy and LA Galaxy II news. Your hosts will tell you how you can meet up-and-coming soccer star, Arielle Lassiter before ‘Los Dos’ take on Colorado Springs Switchbacks FC on Saturday night at the StubHub Center Track and Field Stadium. If you’re looking for live soccer why the LA Galaxy are still on an international break, then this is your ticket.

And with Robbie Keane getting ready to kick off his campaign for Ireland in the Euros and Gyasi Zardes in full tournament stride in the Copa America, we’ll try and give you and idea of when they might be returning back to the LA Galaxy. Hint: It might be awhile.

Finally, Josh  & Wendy will also get to discussing some interesting topics including video replay, Copa America Coverage, and just how the Galaxy’s rival may be outsmarting them at change to grow their brand. These are some of the things that don’t usually get coverage, but because there is no game to preview (we’ll do that next week) we figured now was the perfect time.

It’s a packed show full of great discussion and LA Galaxy talk and we’re glad you could join us.
