On today’s show, your hosts will walk you through the LA Galaxy and their first preseason game, as well as why Ashley Cole could be the answer when it comes to Zlatan!
CoG Studios, CA — Could the LA Galaxy ruin everything by signing Zlatan Ibrahimovic? It’s a question the podcast takes a hard look at. But in reality, there’s so much to talk about on tonight’s show that Zlatan isn’t big enough to carry the entire 60-minutes of Galaxy talk.
COG 2018 T-SHIRTS: https://www.bonfire.com/2018-cog-logo-shirt/
Your hosts Josh Guesman and Kevin Baxter are back to get you updated on all the Galaxy news you missed this week and really focus in on several of the key points from Saturday’s preseason scrimmage with Real Salt Lake! Which players impressed and what are some of the bigger issues that still need to be worked out? Why didn’t Ola Kamara fit right in with the Galaxy attack? And which Galaxy player is making a push to get some minutes on the first-team?
We’ve got a lot of answers and still more questions when it comes to this 2018 club! But seeing actual game minutes certainly has opened some things up!
The guys will also discuss Zlatan’s newest movie deal and why that would make sense for him to be in Hollywood to really launch it. But Kevin also wants to point out some not-so-great-news concerning the Swedish superstar and why he might not be landing in Los Angeles. Could the Galaxy afford another misfire when it comes to landing him?
Finally, Josh and Kevin tell you all about our CoG Open House. And tell you about the CoG merchandise you can purchase to help support the show. We’ve got the 2018 CoG T-Shirt in five different colors, and very soon, we should have our first ever CoG Scarf! You can order the T-Shirts now, but the scarves are going to be available very soon in a limited quantity.
Finally, the guys will give you the briefest of previews for the Galaxy’s first preseason game at StubHub Center as they take on NYCFC. It’s all about taking another step forward for that starting line!
Thanks for joining us, we’re glad we could continue to be a part of your Galaxy news cycle!
