The LA Galaxy got a big road win against Sporting KC and now look to finish off their last game before the international break. Can they beat New England?
COG STUDIOS, Calif. — The LA Galaxy just won in Kansas City. Something the club hasn’t done since 2007. And we’re here to talk all about the gameplan and the individual performances that made it happen. Plus, with one more game left before the international break, can the Galaxy go out with some solid momentum?
Josh Guesman and Eric Vieira are back in CoG Studios to give you more than 60-mins of the best Galaxy-talk out there. The guys are going to discuss the win over Sporting, the upcoming game with New England, the Leagues Cup, the US Open Cup, and all the Galaxy-news you can handle!
First, Josh and Eric are going to breakdown the win over Sporting KC. There’s a ton of gameplan talk, and they’re going to highlight all the individual performances that made it a successful road trip. They’ll even start by describing the travel the Galaxy had to go through to even get to Children’s Mercy Park.
Then the guys will discuss Rolf Feltscher’s injury and his recent call-up by Venezuela to their Copa America team (the 23-man roster).
And with two competitions coming up for the Galaxy, Josh will give you his opinions on each and tell you why one of them isn’t worth your time. That’s right, the Leagues Cup will be discussed, we’ll give you dates, and then we’ll let you decide how much it should matter to the Galaxy.
The Galaxy also got their fourth-round draw for the US Open Cup on Thursday, and the Josh and Eric will tell you who they face and what really matters if you’re trying to win the US Open Cup.
Finally, the guys are going over the standings, answering a bunch of your questions, and getting you ready for the return of Bruce Arena and the New England Revolution on Sunday.
Should the Galaxy win this game? Will it be easy? What kind of “Bruce Bounce” will the Revolution get and why do they still have a dot net web address?
It’s a packed show, and we can’t wait to get started!
